Leadership Development
The student will learn leadership skills for ministry. By the end of this study the student will unserstand the importance of leadership idenity, self leadership, organizational leadership and cross cultural leadership.
Upon Completion of this Badge, you should be able to:

Students will learn how brokenness shapes their identity and discover the importance of having their identity rooted in Christ.

Students will learn to be a ministry leader with self-awareness and desire for growth and building healthy relationships.

Students will learn ministry skills to lead in their local church.

Students will learn to create a culture of community engagement, evangelism, and heart for missions.

Dr. Wilbert Baker has a Doctor of Ministry degree and serves as the Program Director of PACE Academy. He has several certifications in Biblical Counseling, Black Church Studies, Theology, and the Bible. Dr. Baker has been a pastor for over 30 years and serves as the Founder and pastor of Lakeland Missionary Baptist Church. |
