This course constitutes Part 2 of the basic grammar and vocabulary of Biblical Greek, where we help the student to translate, interpret, and apply Scripture and use Greek in their biblical studies. You will learn the essentials of grammar and an adequate vocabulary by doing exercises.

  • Understand the basic grammar of Biblical Greek.

  • You will be proficient in about 500 Greek vocabulary words.

  • Translate from the New Testament with almost no help.

  • Use Biblical Greek as a tool for ministry to better understand and communicate God’s Word.

  • Utilize commentaries and biblical resources that require knowledge of the Greek language.

Dr. R. Elliott Mallory–Greene (a.k.a. “Prof”) is in his 43th year pastoral service and has taught Biblical Languages and Exegesis, and Pastoral Theology for over 30 years; at Dallas Theological Seminary (Dallas, TX), Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia, PA/Dallas, TX), Redeemer Theological Seminary (Dallas, TX), and at Faith International University and Seminary (Tacoma, Washington). He also currently holds professorships Oikodome Bible Institute and Trinity Evangelical Bible Seminary, both in Houston, Texas.
